Presented at the Galli Theater in Rimini, it is the symbol of a new identity to tell the quality of Rimini's oenology

For the first time, on Thursday 7 April 2022, the «RIMINI» bottle was presented in the Ressi room of the Galli Theater in Rimini, a project conceived and managed by the Rimini DOC Committee. The participating producers will be released on the market with their respective Rebola 2021 labels in a special package: a bottle with the name «RIMINI» embossed into the glass.

Whoever buys this bottle, both in a restaurant and in a wine shop, will have the guarantee that it is a Rebola Rimini DOC dei Colli di Rimini that has undergone quality courses that have involved professionals in the sector such as Daniele Cernilli, evaluations on the contents that are used to insert the consumer in a path of identity and quality.

In the Rimini area, the production of Rebola is 84,933 bottles and has been included in the specification since the establishment of the DOC «Colli di Rimini». 16 producers have joined the project: Tenuta Santini, Agricola i Muretti, Agriturismo Case Mori, Ca 'Perdicchi, Cantina Fiammetta, Cantina Franco Galli, Cantina Pastocchi Enio Ottaviani, Fattoria del Piccione, Fattoria Poggio San Martino, Podere dell'Angelo , Podere Vecciano, The Malatesta Fortresses, San Rocco, San Valentino, Tenuta Santa Lucia.

The parterre of the Ressi room was very crowded, at the presidency table the Councilor of the Municipality of Rimini and a member of the Board of Directors of the Strada dei Vini e dei Sapori dei Colli di Rimini Kristian Gianfreda, the President of the Consorzio Vini di Romagna Ruenza Santandrea, the Director of Visit Romagna Chiara Astolfi, the Representative of the Chamber of Commerce of Forlì / Cesena - Rimini Stefano Cerni and, of course, the President of the Road of Wines and Flavors of the Hills of Rimini Sandro Santini. The former mayor of Rimini Andrea Gnassi and the President of the Rimini Ristobar Beach Consortium Marco Mauri also took part as guests.

"The ability of producers to be together allows a conveyance of the Rimini brand which immediately becomes a very strong narrative," said Councilor Kristian GianfredA thought reaffirmed by the President of the Consorzio Vini di Romagna, Ruenza Santandrea: «When producers get together in a project that has quality as a reference, the Consortium intervenes with a great collaborative spirit. I can also announce that a few days ago we finally got the green light on the 3 Rimini subzones: San Clemente, Verucchio and Coriano. An extra piece in the narrative of this territory ».

Visit Romagna was present with Chiara Astolfi: «Visit Romagna deals with tourism product, the food and wine driver is fully entitled to the content of this product and as long as it is we will support this experience without hesitation».
