The traveling edition of Vini ad Arte 2021 (designed to ensure safety and observe Covid-19 protocols) will serve a tasteful ending at the Autodromo Enzo e Dino Ferrari in Imola, in a reserved room at the Museo Checco Costa in Piazza Ayrton Senna da Silva, 3. October 11 will be the “traditional” day dedicated to operators in the Ho.Re.Ca. sector (starting at 12:00 noon), but this year, it will also be partly open to wine lovers (from 5:30pm to 7:30pm). Admission is free for Ho.Re.Ca. operators, while the general public can purchase tickets for 15 Euro exclusively from TicketOne.
300 wines from members of the Consorzio Vini di Romagna, representing 60 wineries from all over Romagna, from Rimini to Imola, will be available for tasting and paired with a selection of local and international gastronomic specialties: from the famous Salumi di Mora to the Formaggio di Fossa, but also Pata Negra as well as French and Irish cheeses.
The event will also see the participation of two Michelin-starred chefs: Max Mascia from San Domenico in Imola, an unmissable local legend, and Carlo Cracco, a true culinary star who, together with his wife, has recently started a wine business in Romagna (precisely in Santarcangelo).
«The event dedicated to Ho.Re.Ca. officially marks the end of Vini ad Arte 2021 – says Ruenza Santandrea, President of the Consorzio Vini di Romagna – During these challenging times of the pandemic, the desire to give our entrepreneurial spirit an adrenaline boost has guided us towards a new beginning, a dynamic trait that is proudly and promptly expressed by Romagna’s passion for engines. Our utmost priority is to revitalize communication between Romagna wineries and restaurateurs, wine shops and baristas, which have been heavily affected by restrictions and are the main outlets for most of our members. We want to start again, together!».
