The Fiorentini Winery has always enhanced the two leading grape varieties of Romagna: Sangiovese and Albana. Recently, it has introduced a new grape variety, “Famoso”, well-known in Romagna since the Roman era. The choice of making wine only with local grapes is not accidental, it is the winery's expression of their desire not only to be a symbol of the land of Romagna geographically, but also to be an interpreter of the history and culture of the land.
