Calonga

The Calonga Winery has belonged to the Baravelli family since 1977. In the 1990s Maurizio abandoned the profession of quantity surveyor to devote himself to managing the farm. The turning point came in 1999 with the completion of the new wine cellar and the beginning of the collaboration with the oenologist Fabrizio Moltard. Together, the wine cellar equipment was expanded, orchards were converted into vineyards, and vineyards that were not suitable for their business philosophy were replanted.
