Enio Ottaviani

The Enio Ottaviani Winery has been a family run business for three generations. The production is located in San Clemente, near Rimini, while the vines grow in the wildlife oasis of the Conca river. Sangiovese, Chardonnay, Pagadebit, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot are all cultivated here. The vineyard covers 12 hectares and its wines reflect this territory while conveying the generosity of the coastal stretch of Romagna. Over time, an entire production sequence has been formed to include local farmers. The harvest is manual, and the winery holds the tradition of using concrete barrels. They love making wine for friends because sharing is a priceless value and wine is the maximum expression of joy that can be placed on a table. Davide is our winemaker, in love with the vineyard and the wine cellar. Milena is the feminine soul of administration, from her courtesy to her customer care. Marco is the logistics genius from organization to delivery. Massimo is the commercial “globetrotting” marketer for Italy and abroad. The company exports to 25 countries around the world.
