The Fiammetta Winery was established in 1964 from Benito Piva's love for the land as he descends from a family of farmers. He arrived from Mantua and after acquiring various plots of agricultural land in the Conca valley, Benito set up the winery which he named after his daughter Fiammetta. The 41 hectares of the farm are divided as follows: the wooded area extends for 20 hectares, while the remaining part, used for cultivation, is occupied with vineyards (14 hectares), olive groves and alfalfa. Grandchildren Francesco, Jacopo and Matteo continue the tradition handed down to them by Fiammetta's husband, their father Carlo Panzeri, an agronomist and true enthusiast of vineyard cultivation and grape production. This gives life to 8 wines, all produced with organic grapes.
