C.A.B.- Terra di Brisighella

The Agricultural Cooperative C.A.B. - Terra di Brisighella was created from an idea that a group of 16 winegrowers had back in 1962. In 1971 the cooperative was enriched by the olive oil mill and carried out its first milling. Currently 500 members supply grapes, and 300 members supply olives. In addition to the traditional vines: Albana, Trebbiano and Sangiovese, the territory offers a series of very interesting vines such as Cabernet, Merlot and Chardonnay which allow the development of vinification and wine types that determine a very wide range of products.
