Eredi di Fabri Guarini Cosimo
The Eredi Fabri Guarini Cosimo family, present in the Romagna region since 1200, transferred their wine business at the beginning of the 1800s from their farms in Forlì to the gentle hills of Bertinoro, exceptionally suited to viticulture. Following the awards obtained at the Italian Exposition in Florence in 1861 as well as at the Universal Exposition in Paris in 1878, Earl Pietro Guarini amplified their wine business, and it is still today one of Bertinoro's most renowned. In the 1950s, Earl Cosimo Fabri Guarini gave new impetus to the "Villa Norina" Winery. He was the first to make pure wine from an ancient vine which was already present on their land.
